Piano concert and masterclass given by Lilia Shevchenko and Alla Sokolova.

       On 7 September 2026, the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts (AMTAP) held two remarkable cultural events in collaboration with distinguished professors from the A. V. Nezhdanova National Academy of Music of Odesa, Ukraine.

       The programme opened with a high-level piano recital performed by Liliya Shevchenko, Professor, Doctor of Arts, Honored Artist of Ukraine, and Dean of the Department of Piano Theory. The audience had the opportunity to enjoy outstanding performances of works by Claude Debussy, Levko Revutsky, and Aleksandr Krasotov.

       The programme continued with an engaging masterclass dedicated to Celtic and Ukrainian musical traditions, conducted by Alla Sokolova, Doctor of Arts, University Professor, and Head of the Department of Theoretical and Applied Cultural Studies.
