Council for Evaluation and Quality Assurance of Studies
AMTAP Studies Evaluation and Quality Assurance Council is an advisory body of the Senate in the field of quality. The mission of the Council for Evaluation and Quality Assurance of Studies consists in the conceptual development and implementation of quality management in the Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts as well as its continuous adaptation to the requirements of national and European higher education.
General objectives
- Promoting a culture of quality across all subdivisions of the university.
- Conceptual development of the quality management system, defining its organizational and functional structure, and the way it is integrated into AMTAP’s strategic management. Drafting the implementation strategy for the quality management system in the academy and submitting it for debate to AMTAP’s Senate.
- Developing the procedures within this system for implementing quality management.
- Defining the qualitative requirements to be stipulated in AMTAP’s quality plan. Establishing the objectives, activities, and results to be achieved through the implementation of quality management.
- Analyzing objective and subjective resistances that may be generated by implementing quality management and proposing solutions to overcome them.
- Evaluating the process of implementing quality management at AMTAP and proposing corrective actions if necessary.
- Supervising the activities of the Study Quality Assurance Commissions and the Quality Teams within the faculties/departments.
- Optimizing collaboration with university staff, students, and Academy partners to enhance the institution’s capacity and willingness to meet their requirements and expectations. Developing internal audit strategies.

- Prioritizing high-quality educational services.
- Creating the normative framework for quality assurance of educational services. raining professional competencies in accordance with national and international standards.
- Gaining public trust through the quality of the services provided.
