Ensuring the quality of the training process (in cooperation with the Study Quality Assurance Council);
Maintaining the documentation required for the institution’s instructional activities (in accordance with the Approved Directory of Files);
Tracking the number of students, faculty, concertmasters, and administrative-educational staff;
Coordinating the teaching activities of the faculties and departments;
Organizing and implementing control over the execution of group lessons and individual lessons;
Allocating and controlling the performance of concertmasters’ tasks;
Issuing student, graduate, and AMTAP (Academic, Methodical, Technical, Administrative Programs) staff documents within the limits of competence.
GENERAL TASKS
Organizing activities for selecting, assigning, studying, and using staff and specialists;
Participating in forming workforce stability, creating and working with a reserve of staff;
Organizing the system for recording staff, and analyzing staff movements;
Maintaining personal files of students in day and part-time (AMTAP) sections;
Participating in the placement of AMTAP graduates into the labor market, handling documents of young professionals who are about to be employed at workplaces;
Organizing and maintaining the military records of collaborators and AMTAP students;
Organizing work related to ensuring the mandatory health insurance of collaborators and students of the institution.
